Trump to steal Nobel peace prize

Hannity: Let me ask you about María Corina Machado. She said to me this week, both on TV and radio, that she wants to give the Nobel prize, HER Nobel peace prize, to you, for liberating her country. Do you have any plans to meet with her, and would you accept the Nobel prize she wants to hand to you?

Trump: Well I understand she’s coming in next week sometime, and I look forward to saying hello to her. And I’ve heard that she wants to do that, it would be a great honor.

Oh, Trump absolutely kidnapped Maduro to steal the Nobel peace prize he has coveted for so long. Eighty people died for this. Absolutely disgusting.

  • ICE agent murders Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis

    Renee Nicole Good

    WARNING: Graphic video

DHS’s comment shortly following the incident, on the child exploitation website X:

Today, ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism.

An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots.

He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers.

The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries.

This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement who are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats.

This is an evolving situation, and we will give the public more information as soon as it becomes available.

Trump, on Truth Social, shortly afterward:

I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense. Based on the attached clip, it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital. The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE Agents on a daily basis. They are just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE. We need to stand by and protect our Law Enforcement Officers from this Radical Left Movement of Violence and Hate!

    PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

The video above shows the murderer fleeing the scene, and later the remaining agents prevented medical aid from reaching the victim:

Witnesses said a doctor was at the scene and tried to help the woman who had been shot, but the ICE agents refused to let the doctor in to help. Up to 15 minutes later, an ambulance arrived but was blocked by ICE vehicles that had occupied the street.

Here are some of the tweets that @DHSgov was re-tweeting on X throughout the afternoon:

Kristi Noem describing the driver’s actions at a press conference around 5:30 CT:

She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle, and she attempted to run a law enforcement officer over. This appears as an attempt to kill or to cause bodily harm to agents: an act of domestic terrorism.

It would be one thing if DHS, Noem, and Trump were saying things like: “What happened today is a tragedy. We extend our deepest condolences to the loved ones of Renee Nicole Good. We have identified the agents involved, and we will work hard to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again. For the safety of all, we encourage everyone to comply with any directives from ICE agents and other law enforcement officers.”

As slimy as a statement like that would be, at least it would be the milquetoast, boilerplate “thoughts and prayers, moving forward, etc. etc.” that can be expected as a bare minimum.

But to label Renee as a “domestic terrorist” is absolutely depraved.

Not only was the agent’s life clearly not in danger — he continued to fire even as her car was passing him — her actions were most likely motivated by terror and a powerful urge to get the hell out of there. She appears single-minded in that effort.

There is an open, active recruitment effort for ICE agents, requiring seemingly no qualifications whatsoever.

Trump has demonstrated with the January 6 mob that any violence committed in his name will be pardoned and potentially even rewarded.

These ravenous, hateful thugs are then unleashed into cities that Trump personally doesn’t like, explicitly against the wishes of the local governors and mayors. They are untrained and aching to be violent against their imagined threats to America — the “radical left lunatics” who are turning Americas kids trans.

[Colombia], he claimed, was “run by a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States.”

“He’s not going to be doing it for very long,” Mr. Trump told reporters on Air Force One. “He has cocaine mills and cocaine factories. He’s not going to be doing it.” Asked whether the United States would conduct an operation against Colombia, the president said: “It sounds good to me.”

  • “Then we’ll do a few at a time”

Trump outlines his plan for continuing to invade American cities:

    Trump: “We’re going to Memphis.”

    Jones: “That’s the next city?”

Trump: “Memphis is deeply troubled. We’re gonna fix that just like we did Washington. I would have preferred going to Chicago. […] I said, ‘So what do you think? Where should we go next, as a city?’ ‘Cause we’re gonna go one, two, three, and then we’ll do a few at a time. We’re gonna straighten out the crime in these cities. So we’re going to Memphis, I’m just announcing that now, and we’ll straighten that out.”

Trump: “National Guard, and anybody else we need. And, by the way, we’ll bring in the military too, if we need it.”

  • Republicans have mostly shrugged

The Trump administration continues to erode the power of Congress, trampling on its constitutional prerogatives in ways large and small. Through it all, Republicans in charge have mostly shrugged — and in some cases, outright applauded — as their powers, once jealously guarded, diminish in ways that will be difficult to reverse.
